DISPATCH HER primarily serves Riverview and surrounding communities, with a focus along the US-301 corridor between Big Bend Road and Balm Road. Transportation outside this primary area may be considered based on school location, schedule, route compatibility, and available seating.

DISPATCH HER is built around consistency, familiarity, and trust. Unlike on-demand transportation where the driver may change from ride to ride, our goal is to provide students with a familiar driver assigned to their regular school route whenever possible.

Parents should know who is behind the wheel. Families have the opportunity to become acquainted with their student's driver, while clear communication helps parents stay informed throughout the transportation experience.

Most importantly, DISPATCH HER is intentionally focused on before-and after-school transportation, allowing us to build our routes and service around the needs of students and families.

Yes. Families may request morning transportation, afternoon transportation, or both, based on route and seating availability.

Complete our Transportation Availability Request with your student's school, general pickup/drop-off area, and transportation needs. We'll review the information to determine whether your student's schedule and location are compatible with an available route.

Safety and trust are important to DISPATCH HER. Our current driver has completed FDLE fingerprint-based background screening and maintains required professional driver identification. DISPATCH HER is also commercially insured.

Consistency matters. Whenever possible, students will have a regular driver assigned to their school route. Families will also have the opportunity to become familiar with their student's driver, helping build trust and comfort over time.
